  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this AutoZone location. I came in to return an item with the receipt and original packaging, and instead of being treated with basic respect, I was spoken to in a very rude and unprofessional manner by the store manager.

  The staff are great. I had a recent experience though they made mistake in my parts, but I returned and they accepted it. The lady who was working was very kind and nice. They behaved on phone also very well and polite. Thanks for your service
