- FKFarid Kossari4 days ago1.0Very bad experience at this store, super rude and very slow person named Patrick behind the counter. I was in line over 20 minutes only two people ahead of me very slow. When it was my turn it was 10:17 pm and he said he couldn’t take returns after 10!!! No explanation!!! I asked if he could make an exception he said no, I said I was working till 9pm every day and don’t live close by. Then he started arguing with me questioning me about my work hours with a condescending tone and then I said that needs to be added to the website and he said store policy immediately right after said good bye. Stay away from auto zone late hours!!!!!!!

I walked in the store, Matthew immediately offered to help, gave me great advice and helped me install the wipers. Took about 10 minutes and they work GREAT! Great service and product knowledge. I'll be back.
