  The staff was professional and informative about every step of the process. Courteous is an understatement. They were more thorough than any garage I have been to, and I am 65. I highly recommend to anyone, and my wife felt listened to and respected. Seriously best experience ever!

  ⚠️ CAUTION – Read this before you take your car here!I came to this shop because my steering wheel was really hard to turn and I was leaking steering fluid. The advisors didn’t seem to know much about cars, but they told me I needed a new power steering pump. Fine — I told them to go ahead. Then they called back saying my rack and pinion was bad too. I told them I had just replaced it not long ago and it was still under warranty. They said to bring another one so I could exchange the faulty one.They installed it and obviously charged for the install. I picked up my car — only to bring it back the same day. The boots were completely warped, like they had no idea how to install it right. They told me it was “just the boot” and tried to fix it, but it still looked terrible, and the leak was still there.I ended up taking my car to the dealer, who told me straight up that the power steering pump was installed wrong and leaking. The dealer also said my rack and pinion might be bad and that the steering fluid cooler was leaking too. I paid over $200 for that inspection just to confirm what I already suspected.I brought everything back to Auto 1, and they confirmed what the dealer said. They replaced the steering fluid cooler and warrantied the pump, but refused to stand by the rack and pinion, even though I brought the car back the same day after their install. When I told them that, the attitude was basically, “We don’t care.”So now I’m out almost $3,000, still have the same issue I started with, and honestly don’t even know if all the parts they replaced were really needed. Also, every single time I brought the car in, they’d call me with some “new problem” that supposedly needed fixing.Just a heads up for anyone thinking about bringing their car here — be careful. What starts as one repair will turn into several, and you still might leave with the same problem you came in with. Always get a second opinion when working with them! The response to my previous review is inaccurate. They did not perform an alignment — I had that done separately at Just Tires. I also received no discount for the rack and pinion installation, yet they charged over $300 for a job that’s no more than one to two hours of work. That’s roughly $150 per hour, conservatively. To make matters worse, their last repair resulted in an overcharged system, and now my vents are hissing. Even with all the warranties I have, I’d rather pay another shop to fix things correctly from the start. This experience is more proof that you should be very cautious when dealing with this repair company.

  Auto Service 1 is an awesome place, honest techs, great work, and great prices. The staff is friendly and welcoming, they offered me water and coffee while I waited. They did a super in-depth overview of my car and sent me a full report of anything that may be needing service in the future. Absolutely no upcharge, just great service. Can not recommend more.

  My car had been making a strange sound for a few months and I was admittedly too embarrassed to bring my car in when all I had to go on was "I just don't think it sounds good?". These guys were amazing and I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of their service. Their appointment booking system was very well streamlined (I felt so much better when I saw "making a weird sound" was literally on their drop down menu, followed by a selection for describing what KIND of weird sound it was!!). I was able to get an appointment for the very next day and they even let you drop off your car the day before your appointment. They're really on top of it with confirmation notifications and sent me pictures of all my car parts with detailed instructions explainations for full transparency. Ivan was so nice and made me feel like a top priority! He was able to get my car back to me on an expedited schedule so I could make it into a work on time. I could tell he is passionate about cars and people. A well maintained car is a safe car!! He gave me a good deal on some regular maintenance I was overdue for and added in the repair needed for the weird sounds for free with those services. Getting the heat shield repaired, oil changed, filters changed, spark plugs replaced, and tires checked was $625 with labor, parts, and taxes.

  This place is great. I will never go somewhere else for my car. They go above and beyond anytime I take my car to the shop. They are extremely detailed, explain everything as much as possible, work as quickly as possible, and try to keep cost minimal while still providing excellent parts and service. German is great. He knows everything about cars, does his best to keep cost down, and really takes the time to explain issues and allow the customer to make decisions on what to prioritize. He is kind, honest, and a pleasure to work with. Ivan is super friendly and helpful and an excellent communicator. EVERYONE on their staff is awesome and really go above and beyond for customers. This place really cares! One of the only places that actually provides high quality customer service. I highly highly recommend!
