After driving from St. Louis to Chicago with no issues on Sunday, our transmission started clunking and we had to crawl our way to a convenience store which luckily had some transmission fluid that helped us get to our hotel, this seemed to handle it but we were quite concerned that we may not be able to make it back to St. Louis. Enter Auto Service 1. I called them Monday morning and explained the situation, also letting them know that we had planned to drive back to St. Louis that same day and therefore had no hotel for that night, they told me to bring it by whenever we could and they would take a look. When we arrived, they squeezed us in despite clearly being very busy with lots of cars in the shop. They ran the computer codes and nothing popped up and we decided to do an oil change that was due while we were there that didn’t take too long. Unfortunately the transmission did crap out on us when we got home, but that’s not their fault because the sensor didn’t register that the transmission was faulty, there’s nothing they can do if everything is reading as fine. We literally pulled into the driveway and it wouldn’t move after that. But! We really appreciate the fast service, how nice they were, and how willing they were to help. Highly recommended!

Nothing else can I get a price told him what kind of car I had it was just for a new muffler. He was very rude to me. Tell me that he has to see my vehicle and check it out first I don’t need my vehicle checked out I know what’s wrong with it. I need a muffler. He said this is how this works. You can go somewhere else and hung up in my face. Ivan was real rude. If someone wants to buy a muffler why can’t the person get a price? Never supposed to make the customer feel uncomfortable and you want my money I would not recommend this place
