  Alamo desk was empty in the morning and was directed to National. Easy pick up and drop off. The car I got was easy to operate. What I thought was strong air freshener smell turned out to smell more like pot smoke. The rep was apologetic and offered me a discount when I mentioned about it upon returning the car. Pretty happy with the excellent service

  In the stressful mess that is ORD, the Alamo car rental pick up and drop off process was a welcomed relief. From the option to walk up to the car to pick up and skip the line, to the one minute drop off process, Alamo made everything easy. My rental also had some pre-existing damage done to the trunk handle. When I pointed this out to the employee, he promptly took full responsibility, recognized the hazard it was, and took some cost off the final invoice to make up for it. Overall, this is good customer service.

  Great customer service. My flight was delayed and I had to hang on to my car a little longer and they were gracious about it and did not charge me a whole day extra. Kiki at checkout at O'Hare was very pleasant and efficient.

  We had a smooth pick-up at the beginning of our trip and then again at the end. We were greeted by Sam in Chicago when returning our vehicle and he was very helpful in the return process of our rental car with Alamo.

  Drew was efficient but still friendly and helpful, steering me in like I was landing a plane, handling closing details quickly, helping me remember all my stuff, and getting me off to the shuttles, all without being perfunctory or impersonal. He’s a good face for Alamo.
