  First time renting with Alamo. We did it via Costco. Everything went smooth. We got the exact jeep from the reservation, jeep was clean, it was easy to add second driver for free (part of Costco deal), invoice matched the quoted Costco price, staff was pleasant and efficient.

  Hat alles bestens funktioniert...ging schnell. Hinweis zur Maut um Chicago mit Upgrade auf "Mautservice" war super. Alle Schranken auf dem Higway haben sich geöffnet. Rückgabe an einem anderen Flughafen war völlig Problemlos. Die 4 Tage mit einem Truck Ford F150 haben sich gelohnt....Auftanken sollte man vorher machen. Die Tankstellen am Flughafen ist echt teuer....also nur noch die Restfüllung dort machen.

  Really impressed w Alamo at ORD. I rented a car last minute after another agency made an error w my reservation. The Alamo team was welcoming and super helpful. When I needed to extend the rental to manage a family emergency, the Alamo management team was quick to respond w a very favorable rate. Upon returning the car, the staff was prompt, kind, and helpful.

  Upon arrival (rushing) to drop off my car before a flight, I was greeted by Sydney. She was very upbeat and pleasant and asked about my experience with Alamo. I expressed that it was good except the car would brake "for me" on my driveway and it was very irritating. She instantly asked what she could do to make the experience better....and that she did! She had no idea that I come from over 30 years of Customer Service therefore I am HUGE on how people treat the customer. She also didn't know that this was the first time in all my travels that I chose Alamo. Sydney represented Alamo well! She gets a 10 out of 10! Also, the gentleman who took care of me upon pick up of the car was very nice as well!!! The experience was an absolutely wonderful one. EVERY business has things happen (issues), however, it is how they resolve the issues that counts!!

  I just had the best car rental experience with Alamo at O’Hare (ORD). Usually you only hear about the horror stories of renting a car, so I wanted to share that they’re not all bad. I arrived Saturday night and the temperature was literally 1°. Kiki, the garage attendant, was on her way home but stopped to help get me out of there as quickly as possible—she wasn’t about to let me freeze on her watch. She went above and beyond to find a vehicle that could handle the ungodly amount of luggage my family brought with us, and she made sure we were set up with a great car for the week. When I returned, Jack met me right away, got everything processed fast, and had me back to the terminal in no time. He was the opposite of the weather—warm and forgiving. I’ll definitely rent from Alamo at ORD again.
