  Jason at the front desk was great to deal with. He helped us through and out the door in no time to hop in a very clean, very comfortable Chevy Silverado.

  They assisted us when Budget epically failed with our existing reservation and didn’t have our vehicle. Praises to them for coming through with the same price! Outstanding customer service! Thank you Toya 🙌🏼

  The desk agent was able to quickly accommodate me. My original reservation was canceled for some unknown reason. Jeanice was very sweet and accommodating. I actually upgraded based on my interaction with her. The return also went great. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my rental experience with Alamo!! Kudos to your staff!!

  My husband got stranded at Midway airport because the reservation I made for him at Dollar car rental was not honored and they said, after they ran our credit card, that the card failed? With the card being frozen, I had to go to the bank (here in Houston, TX), put more money on and call my husband and let him know he needed to go to Alamo car rental. This is after he had sat there in the waiting area for over 2 hours. At Alamo car rental, he was greeted kindly and got a car within a few minutes, No fuss, no hassle and no miserable customer service rep. He got the car and was saved over $500.00 on the rental. Ms. Millie was so kind and understanding and told my husband she would pray for him as well. How gracious. We will use Alamo for our car rentals from this point and encourage others to do the same.
