    I had a smooth experience getting a rental from this branch. Mickey was helpful and made sure I was set. The manage also made sure I had a good experience when I returned the car. Would be happy to get a car rental from this branch again

    Alamo was great, even let us stash our bags after returning. The vehicle itself (eqinox) had a weird paddle shifter arrangement that was difficult to figure out. Not good for a rental a driver is jumping in and going.

    Gracias a su manager Thomas OConnel finalmente se solucionó En referencia al coche todo bien . Mi experiencia con Alamo Chicago ha sido frustrante en principio, aunque solo con el tema económico . Durante mi alquiler de coche me retuvieron más de 1.700 € . Primero cobraron el importe, pero la tarjeta al ser débito no fue válida ; luego me cobraron con tarheta crédito y retuvieron otra cantidad similar. Tuve 1.400 USD bloqueados en mi cuenta 15 días . Finalmente se solucionò gracias al seguimiento y los emails intercambiados
