  I had such a great experience with Aero Auto parts. I called them because I needed to get rid of my car. From start to finish everything went so smooth. The lady told me how much I would get for my car. I accepted the offer. She explained that the tow truck driver will hand me cash. She asked if I wanted my car towed that same day and the driver could be here within 2 hours. They gave me 2 window. The driver called me and said he's on the way. When he arrived he loaded my car on the flatbed, I signed the title over and he gave me the cash like they promised. I was stressed out because I thought I was going to have to make many calls to get the car towed. The car wouldn't start and the plates were gone so I was worried that I was going to get a ticket. So glad you were the first place I called. You made my day and put me at ease. Thank you for the stellar customer service!

  Went there to get a windshield installed 2 times and both times they didn't have the right windshield and I live 2 hours from Chicago and I had to go back the next day and got there and it took almost 3 hours before my car was done and there was 4 people that came in after me for the something and they got their car ready before mine and I know they did that on purpose and on top of that they had my hood up like they was taking parts off my car and there was oil leaked on my engine so I am checking to see what was changed on on my car I will not be going back and I have been going here for over 20 years and this was my worst experience there after all the years I been going and I have alot of people going there but after this I will be telling the public about my experience on them smh I am not happy at all and I know that the people that came after me didn't pay more than what I paid for a windshield either smh never again

  Buyers Beware .I am Writing the review regarding the purchase of a defective engine that was falsely advertised and misrepresented at the time of sale. On or about [February 6, 2026], I purchased an engine from [Aero Auto Parts] for $2,275.00 through a company call YND auto part. The engine was advertised as having 68,000 miles and being fully tested and inspected. I relied on these representations when making the purchase. When the engine arrived, it was visibly rusty, dirty, and improperly secured to the pallet. I immediately notified the company and provided photographic/Video evidence. Despite this, they assured me that the engine was in good working condition. My repair shop installed the engine at a labor cost of $3,000. After installation, it was discovered that the engine had a defective oil pump and was not in working condition. I even sent them videos, photos and a report from the repair shop. The company has since stated that they needed to call YND auto parts. But I paid Aero Auto Parts directly. Aero are now requiring me to pay additional labor costs to remove the defective engine before they will consider accepting a return.
