The day before, my car needed a jump start, so I called to ask if they had a battery in stock and if they could replace it. They confirmed they did. Since it was late, I decided to go the next evening. When I arrived, the technician told me it could be done and asked me to park the car in front of the store. Once he started working, he was fully committed and professional. He didn’t complain at all, even though the weather was very cold. He focused on getting the job done properly and carefully. The work was clean, efficient, and done with great attitude. I truly appreciated the effort and professionalism. This location provided excellent service, and I highly recommend it.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
