    Advanced Auto gives better deals and discounts than Auto Zone and Oreily. I needed brakes and rotors front and back and thanks to Advanced Auto, I paid less than I would’ve paid at Auto Zone.

    Very bad service. I ordered a part the day before and the employee told me I could pick it up the next day from 2 p.m. When I showed up the next day, they said it wasn't there. When I asked why not, they couldn't give me any details. They didn't look for a similar product or try to find a solution. An employee told me I could wait an hour and it would come with the next delivery. A blatant lie. I asked him to get confirmation that the part would actually arrive, and lo and behold, the shipping company didn't have it with them. If I hadn't taken action myself, I would have wasted another hour. When I asked for an explanation, the manager told me it wasn't their fault. (Is it my fault for the employees' incompetence?) The best came last when the boss got cheeky and told me I just couldn't understand her process (I have a degree in process management, so I can understand it perfectly). If a part can't be delivered, they say it won't be available in the foreseeable future. If the freight forwarder has made a mistake, they should actively try to find solutions. And definitely not start an argument or make excuses. Once with Advanced Auto Parts, never again!

    They wouldn’t replace my battery that was still under warranty because their equipment read that it was still good when literally every other place I went to sad it was bad

    I wish I could give 0 stars. Got a free diagnostic reading here, but it was inaccurate. I truly feel like it was purposely done by the employee and he knew that machine was broke or faulty. I ended up spending $600 on a repair that wasn’t the real problem. Came to get another reading just to prove a point and instead of it being the starter like he told me it was indeed my battery that costed me another 300$. When confronted he just stood there staring and struggling his linebacker size shoulders with his morning breakfast still in his shirt. Be careful! Do not rely on their reading and double-check with a mechanic.”
