  Patrick saved my life. He was so kind and helpful. Didn’t make me feel silly or stupid while picking out what I needed for my cat and provided me with truly excellent service. Give him a raise.

  It was my autoparts store until I found autozone prices way to high, I live between the sources of the pictures, autozone and walmart, thinking it was time for an oil change to my car, I went shopping on line. Oh boy, autozone is 13.02 more expensive than walmart on a 5 qt oil bottle, see the pictures, no lie, ok walmart had it on sale, from 27.97 to 24.97, still 10.02 more expensive It was one item, last month on other parts, I saved almost 30.00 ordering my parts from a different source, a1 autoparts. I don't like to give a bad review, but many people fighting with overpricing problem, many companies turning into corporations, killing financially the hard working people, taking our money. No, sorry but I have to say good bye autozone.

  Hi i walk into the auto zone on north ave i needed something to clean out my oxygen Sensor when I walked in I was greeted and as I asked my question Patrick directed me to where I needed to go to get the best quality for my car he was very helpful and also looking into other parts to help me not get gypped from my mechanic I really appreciated him really help with great customer service but I also have to give credit to Rocky I came a couple of days prior to that and he also gave me great customer service and was very hands-on with helping me with whatever I needed thank you to these two guys my car is doing well and I do appreciate you guys keep up the great Work

  I came in on Sunday because my car battery kept dying and it was still under warranty. I couldn’t remember the phone number or address used when the original battery was purchased, but Cameron was so helpful and patient with me as we tried multiple different phone numbers and addresses. He was determined to help me find the warranty and eventually we did find it. Then Ray stepped in to install a brand new battery for me. He was so happy to help me out and he genuinely loves helping people stay safe in their cars. I knew pulling up the warranty was going to be a struggle and I was dreading going, but the whole experience took about 20-30 minutes and it was great. All of the staff here are super helpful and understanding.

  I cannot say enough about the incredible help we received from the team at the AutoZone on North Ave and Western. We were actually stranded when we arrived—our car was shaking badly while driving, and we were honestly worried we might not even make it to the store. Thankfully, we managed to pull into the parking lot, and the staff immediately stepped in to help us figure out what was going on. Karen, Marquis, and Rocky were absolutely amazing. Instead of just pointing us to parts inside the store, they genuinely took the time to listen to what was happening with the vehicle and walked us through possible solutions. Their knowledge, patience, and willingness to help in a stressful moment made a huge difference for us. Being stuck on the road with car trouble can be overwhelming, but they treated the situation with care and urgency, which immediately helped us feel a lot more at ease. What stood out the most was their professionalism and kindness. It felt like they truly cared about helping us get back on the road safely rather than just making a quick sale. Customer service like that is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Thank you again to Karen, Marquis, and Rocky for going above and beyond to help us when we really needed it. Because of them, a stressful situation turned into a really positive experience
