  I stopped in to get a light bulb and Hifz, install it for me. I offered him a couple of dollars and he said, no thank you, so I want express my sincere appreciation for the services rendered. He’s tuned into customer satisfaction coupled with excellent people skills. Seriously consider for manager.

  Have been calling all morning and no response. Decided to drive to the store instead. Discovered the location is still closed with light out. No signage or notice regarding sudden closure.

  The store management are rude and dismissive of their staff and customers. After buying a $200+ battery, and them not being able to help change it, they said I had to buy my own socket set because I couldn't use their tools to quickly change my dead car battery. Apparently, these tools aren't part of the borrowing program. Nonetheless, very minimal customer service. I left to another location. Go up the street a bit to the location on Clark -- they're great...and actually helpful!

  ​It’s rare enough to find a place that is actually well-stocked these days, let alone one that delivers genuine 5-star customer service. The staff here is a welcome anomaly: actually committed, highly knowledgeable, and actively engaged in finding real solutions instead of just passing the buck. I want to specifically single out a fantastic African-American employee who helped me. I regret not getting his name, but his exceptional service is the reason for this review. If management is reading this, figure out who he is and recognize him for it.

  To any and all who read this review : A few weeks ago I had an issue with the check engine light coming on. I'm a single woman that desperately needed an answer. I called the store and spoke to a nice gentleman named Brian". He explained what I needed to do and offered his assistance. I couldn't make it in that day so I decided to go in a few days later. I asked for Brian. He wasn't at work that day. Bummer, so I asked another fellow there if he could assist. He didn't have to say much to show that he was uninterested. Instead he gave me the indicator, with instructions on how to use it. Sure thanks. I brought it back in with a code. It showed did a malfunction on an auxiliary battery. Mind you I had bought one at Autozone days before. I wondered if it wasn't charged enough. The person pretty much said " we can't help you with that" thank goodness that I have a friend that did the troubleshooting. Turns out that wasn't working due to the cold snap we had that week. Anywho, fast forward to today I needed to buy new wipers for my car. So I went in and noticed a gentleman helping an elderly person with the indicator in his hand. I asked the gentleman his name. He said it was Brian. I was so happy. I explained what had happened and he gently responded no problem, Il take care of you. He sold me the wipers went outside replaced them And showed me how to do it for the next time. Superb customer service, give this nice young man a raise. He went above and beyond all with a smile. Good job Brian ! Il be looking for you next time I'm in the store. ❤️
