  I went into the autozone on 6112 s pulaski with a big problem. The jeep wrangler I was working on needed a new front brake caliper. But the one that came off the jeep was not the original. The brakes were changed to high performance. There was no records kept on which parts were used. I went to three brakes shops and no one could help. Then at 6112 s pulaski, I met Andreas and Erica. They tore into the caliper I brought with me. Andreas aggressively cleaned the caliper looking for numbers to identify the caliper, calling out letters and numbers to Erica while she searched online trying to find a match. After a bit they became competitive. Trying desperately to see which one will find it first. Then, out of nowhere, they both shout out, 'found it!!!!!'. I was so thankful and impressed. They went so far and above where no one else took the time to help solve my problem. I am very grateful to Andreas and Erica for their excellence customer service. Thank you.
