  I bought a battery and they installed it for me! Kitty did it all: she was super helpful, explained what she was doing and how to do it safely and had a great attitude. I’ll be back the next time I need something for my car.

  Tony was great!!! I came in and needed a fuse, didn’t know much about which fuse I needed or where in my car this was located. Tony helped identify the chart I needed to reference and ultimately able to get me the correct fuse and changed it for me! Amazing service ! I had just come from the other place O Reilly and they didn’t know anything and gave me some long excuse why I needed to go to the dealership, so knew it was an easily fixable issue so I came to this AutoZone that was nearby, thank goodness Tony was there bc the other guy in the pink beanie didn’t know anything and was it helpful at all. Maybe he was new so I will give the benefit of doubt , but he would have been more helpful in finding the answers that were right in front of him in hs computer instead of asking me to find the user manual. Anyways, props to Tony for great customer service and helping me get my car electronics working again!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this AutoZone location. I came in to return an item with the receipt and original packaging, and instead of being treated with basic respect, I was spoken to in a very rude and unprofessional manner by the store manager.
