  Solicito de manera formal que se revisen las cámaras de seguridad correspondientes al día 03/27/2026, ya que mi vehículo ingresó a sus instalaciones con todos los pernos de la llanta trasera izquierda completos, y salió con un perno faltante. Esto no es una suposición: en video se puede verificar claramente que el vehículo entró en buen estado y salió con esta falla, lo cual representa un riesgo grave de seguridad. Adicionalmente, el mecánico: • Instaló incorrectamente la llanta, lo que generó problemas posteriores. • El perno que intenté reemplazar no coincide (no calza), lo que indica un manejo inadecuado o daño en la pieza. • Dañó o perdió la pinza que sostiene el sensor de las pastillas de freno, obligándome a improvisar una solución temporal. Este tipo de negligencia no debe ocurrir en un establecimiento profesional, ya que pone en peligro la vida del conductor y de terceros. Estamos hablando de fallas que pueden causar accidentes graves. Exijo: 1. Revisión inmediata de las cámaras. 2. Responsabilidad por los daños ocasionados. 3. Mayor control sobre la calidad del personal técnico. Finalmente, es preocupante que se permita trabajar a mecánicos con este nivel de descuido. Este tipo de prácticas deben ser reguladas y supervisadas estrictamente para evitar situaciones que pueden terminar en consecuencias fatales.

  The women working here are boss queens. Walked in and needed new wiper blades. A woman who wasn’t even specifically helping me had my numbers I needed before the person helping me even got to the computer to look up what I needed. THEN, another woman put them on for me without me even asking. Truly a 10/10 experience and made what I thought was going to be a difficult task, the easiest part of my day!

  This store is a complete JOKE. I SPECIFICALLY went to this Autozone because it said they were open 24 hours, just to get there and find it closed, with some guy just walking around on his phone. Very unprofessional. Don’t sit there advertising 24 hours if it’s not going to stay open the 24 hours and if nobody’s actually doing their job the way supposed to. Wasted my time, gas, and energy in the middle of the night (2AM) for nothing.

  Very bad customer service. We came to check our battery after jump-starting the car. The employee (his name is Emaan) told us to turn the car off, which made it impossible for us to open the trunk where the battery is. After we jump-started the car again and opened the trunk, we asked him to come check it, but he refused and said they don’t work with hybrid cars. If you don’t work with hybrid cars, you should say that from the beginning instead of wasting people’s time. Because of this we had to leave the car and call a tow truck. Very disappointing service.

  Please, I hope you do something about this. Today I went to the store to have some brakes replaced because the staff had installed the wrong ones. To make sure they were the correct ones, since it was getting late, I decided to replace them in the parking lot. I understand that it's not allowed to do work in the parking lot, but why don't you take note of the mechanics who are outside the store in the parking lot, blocking the parking spaces for customers? It's always a struggle to park because those mechanics are doing their work there, and nobody does anything about it. And then a store employee came out and threatened me, saying he was going to call the police and yelling at me to leave, even though I'm a regular customer of that store.
