  The rental was scheduled and I was greeted at the proper time. Your staff was very concerned because every car is different so I was overlooking as I was about to pull off and they asked if I needed any assistance. They greeted me with proper respect. Overall even with my event of the Lost key I am satisfied thank you

  Megan was super friendly as soon as we arrived and gave us quick directions and got us on our way back to Tampa. Had a great visit, these guys are way better than the red rental company, I've had nothing but great experiences with Alamo so far.

  I picked up the vehicle at O’Hare Saturday at 1 and returned it to the Midway location at 4:00 AM on Sunday to catch a 6:00 AM flight. However, the vehicle was not checked into their system until 3:00 PM on Tuesday, resulting in two extra days of unauthorized charges. I made multiple calls between Sunday and Tuesday inquiring about my missing receipt, yet the car remained "active." Although the reps over the phone assured me it would be closed. Whether this was due to gross negligence or unauthorized use of the vehicle by staff, I was charged nearly $300 for a rental that lasted less than 24 hours.

  Great service from checking out to car return. The representative, Toyo, was amazing, courtesy and willing to assist. Checkin went smooth. Transportation from airport to rental and back was comfortable.

  Jason and Megan at pickup were absolutely phenomenal. The gentleman who helped with pickup was wonderful as well, and got us wrapped-up quickly and efficiently. With all the TSA uncertainty I really appreciated it! Had a choice of a midsize sedan and SUV and they let my husband sit in both and see which one he fit in better which was so thoughtful. Best car rental experience ever.
