  First time to this location. It was a great experience. Friendly employees providing quick service. Thankfully for informing me prevention maintenance I can do how I think a new mile bracket. See you soon!!!

  I got an oil change in January 2026 and noticed oil was leaking from underneath my car a couple months later. I took my car into the dealership and they stated the filter was loose and not properly installed. Oil spilled underneath my car and oil pan in which the dealership had to clean it and refill my oil and I was charged for Valvoline technicians mistake. I made a claim with Valvoline April 6, 2026 and have yet to hear back as of today April 22, 2026.

  Every single time I visit this shop the guys r always kind,helpful & professonal. Never came on a Saturday, but they had a full crew & the atmosphere was awesome, everyone was working together & got along so we’ll Keep Up the good work! 😀

  Drove up and was instantly greeted and guided to Bay 2. Jason, Donovan, and Anthony serviced my car, where I got an oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades changed, and air filter checked. All service representatives were kind, respectful, and efficient in their jobs. The total time of service was about 12 minutes. I highly recommend using Valvoline in Chicago Heights. Definitely, we'll be returning for my next service.

  So, this store could not accommodate our vehicle due to the type of vehicle we have. However, Lee did his best to relay our issue and give us the best options for the failure. Clearly, willing to help.
