  Anthony was the best!! Told me about my oil change and filters and wasn't pushy. Told me what I really needed to do and what could wait till next time. Will definitely be back! This is my new place for oil changes and the only place I will be going to grom now on.

  During my recent oil change appointment, I encountered an unexpected situation. The establishment was unusually crowded, and I was politely requested to vacate my spot to allow another customer, who had been waiting longer than I had, to proceed. Consequently, I found myself at the end of the line. However, the service representative, Armando, proceeded to serve another customer before me. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this situation to Armando, emphasizing that it was unprofessional behavior. Armando responded by dismissing my concerns, becoming combative and unprofessional throughout our interaction. Despite being my local service center, I have decided to discontinue using this location for my oil change needs. This situation could have been resolved with a simple acknowledgment, but it escalated due to the unprofessional conduct of Armando, who appeared to prioritize his own ego and the need to argue over his customers’ concerns.

  Demetrius helped me during my visit and he was great. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The service was quick and smooth, and he made the whole experience easy. I really appreciate the good customer service—thank You Demetrius!!!!

  I went on a Friday evening when it was very busy! The wait was worth it 100%. The staff at this location is very patient and courteous which speaks volumes to the care they give your vehicle and the customer. Several people were being trained and as an educator myself for the last 16 years I enjoyed watching the process of the way they let the trainee do the work as they stood BACK and watched (they didn’t stand directly over them). That made the trainee feel more confident in the work that they were doing. Also watching the process of them providing feedback and praise I was happy to see! I will always go to this location from now on because of the experience I had today! Armando the manager is doing an amazing job with training and running this location. Donovane and Omari who also helped with my truck did an amazing job! I will definitely return on my next oil change! Dr. Rogers (Durango)

  Horrible customer service! Manager name Demetrius In particular! I went for an oil change, been dealing with with location for YEARS with all 3 of my vehicles! After waiting 20 minutes, I refused the light bulb check and stated I only need an oil change and the technician proceeded to do the oil change! From across the shop the MANAGER Demetrius yells open the door and let him out without explanation (I’m assuming because I refuse the light bulb check)! The service has gone down terribly! I’ve been coming to this location at least 7/8 years with multiple vehicles! They even lied and put in their system that I was belligerent! None the less, I immediately went to the Frankfort location and received EXCELLENT customer service WITHOUT the light bulb check!
