    Incredibly rude. I’ve had some stuff that HAD to be done in their shop to save me driving an hour or 2, but when I call they’re mean and unhelpful. I will never go to them again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid them. 0/10 customer service. Been years since I’ve had real service from them (because they don’t answer or push me away over the phone) so I can’t grade their worth on that.

    absolutely do not recommend! Called CarX tire and they said they had our tire in stock and could change it for us that evening. We arrived 2 hours before closing and no one was there. next morning I was told they didn't have the tire. spent unnecessary money getting my car towed there and received terrible service. The manager couldn't have cared less about our problem, they need a new manager and get their service together

    Took my car for an oil leak. They said they changed a gasket and changed the oil and found that my car was still leaking oil. Went ck to see if they would see where the car was still leaking. Mind you I paid $600 for the repair. I was told the mechanic that fixed it was not there anymore and there was nothing they could do. Hence I’m out of $600 and my car still leaks oil. Horrible service.

    My wife scheduled an appointment for our vehicle to get looked at, when we dropped it off Chad informed us that it would be a little bit before he got to a chance to look at it. About an hour and a half later Chad called to inform us about the condition of our vehicle. After mentioning not only the rear brakes but also the front were needing replaced, we informed him that we just had brakes done at a carx in champaign. About 20 minutes later, he called us back and told us that the front brakes were under warranty and we would just be responsible for the rear brakes. He also told us about some other concerns with the vehicle. We approved the brake work and about 2 hours later Chad was calling to let us know the vehicle was ready. Ive dealt with alot of dealerships and out auto shops in the last 20 years, and by far Chad was the most professional service manager that I have dealt with. Will be scheduling an appointment for both of daughters cars to be looked at.
