  I came in for an oil change and they got me fixed up!! Staff were super friendly and polite. They gave me a full report on my car without hammering me for upsells and even took me to the garage so I could better understand what areas needed attention as someone who is not well-versed in auto-mechanics!! Highly recommend and will be back for future service:)

  Negative stars wouldn't even be accurate for how horrible this place is. The convenience of being able to get an oil change without an appointment is very important to me and I had a coupon. Was the only vehicle in line for the oil change bay when we arrived, only one car being worked on in the garage, was told they would call when it was finished so went for a walk, never got a call and just went back 45 minutes later to check. Not an employee in sight for another 15 minutes, didn't see my van in the bay. Finally a mechanic came in and said it was done and she could check us out. My coupon was not applied like I was told and she didn't fix it after I paid either. I've had horrible service the last several times I've been there just for oil changes, they tightened my cap too tight and then just broke it off the time after that and didn't tell me until I took it back since it was leaking like crazy and told me they needed a new cap so I bought one and brought it back for them to put on, it still leaks a little bit. I'm done going there ever again. It's always different employees I've never seen the same ones twice. They have all lied to my face and charged more and don't apply the coupon but don't tell me til after I pay. I always try to be clear about these things knowing I've had trouble with "miscommunication" with them about simple things like that in the past but now I believe it's purposeful or they don't know how to do their jobs.

  Amazing from start to finish they made me feel welcomed, safe, and were very knowledgeable. Fixed my tire fast I will definitely be returning if I need service.

  Upselling. Previous business was always busy. Had to make appointments to get in. Now since CAR X took over it’s a ghost town. You cannot burn people with UPSELLING every time you go in. Overheard visiting upper management come in and push overselling to get profits up to store managers. That explained why my oil changes were double and triple what the coupon offered. Burned twice. Changing an air filter on a 9 month old truck which never sees dirt roads and charging $90. Back to the Dealerships only.

  “Brittany” at the front desk, is very disrespectful, and rude. Apparently she thinks she can raise her voice and get an attitude over asking about an alignment. Automatically cancelled my appointment.
