  We went to pick up the semi truck (Freightliner) and were told it was ready. When we arrived, it was in terrible condition. The seats and the bed were covered in hair, as if the previous driver had been transporting dogs. The seats were dirty, and one even had a cigarette burn hole, despite the truck being marked as disinfected and clean. I’m attaching photos and a video as proof. This is not the same Penske as before. The trucks used to be new and clean; now they’re old and dirty. We refused to take it and left. Even after they offered to clean it again, we declined. There was no refrigerator, no microwave — nothing. Completely unacceptable. Unit -199551

  Seriously they need to be more attentive to the fuel island. Every time is over 20 mins in the evening. Looking and going to service office to get someone then waiting more time. I’m over 20 mins now. I cleaned my own windows , all of them and this guy just showing up. Arrived at 1903 and it’s 1925 now. No excuses for being in lunch , there should already be someone available.

  Hands down the best Penske in the country. Big thanks to Nick and John at the rental desk. Excellent communication and we always get premium service. Keep up the good work guys, you are an example how stuff needs to be done.
