  I am a college student away from home and needed to find a mechanic to fix up a problem with my car. Ricky and his team were incredibly helpful, quick, and transparent — especially with fixing an issue that was caused by another mechanic. Ricky immediately gained my trust and I will be returning if my car has any issues while I’m away from home! Highly recommend.

  My trucks drive shaft completely failed and fell out of the bottom of my truck, on the interstate. I had it towed over to Perfect Touch and they contacted me the next day, and found my needed part. I just got the truck back and everything is working great, Ricky is super nice and his staff is always working around the clock. Highly Recommend for any auto needs!!!

  Never take a German car to this shop. Actually never take a car period, the shop has a lot full of junk cars or unfinished work either way that’s your first bad sign to turn around. Went for an oil pan replacement and when I got my car back I needed a drive shaft that was then put on incorrectly. When I got my car from the drive shaft I needed a guibo which is expensive! There was no signs of a perfect touch at all. Not to mention he had my car for about a month. Before I had all work done at bmw and have had work done after this and not once did bmw return my car with me needing something else. Shop is TRASH!
