They were transparent about the work involved and the timeline for completion (5 days from drop off to pick up, pay half up front, etc.). The quality of the repair was perfect and they also finished everything ahead of schedule. I was especially impressed because they also washed my car inside and outside, and did some light detailing on the inside as well. My car looked almost new when I picked it up. While I hope I never need to return, I know that my car will be well cared-for if I ever do!
