    Rental was too large and I was told I could exchange it. I tried and nothing else was available. It sat in the garage for 2 days, my car is still not ready but I am making do with a friends help. Misleading at best

    Went to pick up reserved car on the 19th Keeping it until just now on the 21st. When we got there to pick up the car, we were told that it would be a half hour wait.. we told them we wanted to purchase the fuel., and would run out for a half hour, and come back. He said we were all checked in. The place was packed. We got back 45 min later. Our Car was not ready. He thanked me for letting the rush get through. Had 2 wait 45 more minutes, and was getting frustrated so I asked. That is when I was told that there was a recall on my car and I could have a Pacifica for the same price. I said make it happen. Now and hour and a half after I scheduled my pick up, the guy came out and wanted to chat. I said I dont want the protection, have my own. Why is there only 3/4 tank i asked. He said u only have to fill it to that. WHY AM I FILLING IT AT ALL? I said to purchase fuel. Oh, he didnt know? Seriously? Took the car back, of course with more fuel in it than it had when we got it, because how do u fill a push start vehicle to 3/4 tank. Yall owe me gas money. And you REALLY need to work on your listening skills. NEVER AGAIN!!!

    Tried to connect with this site. There was no way to connect with the local office. National switch board couldn't transfer me to the local office. What a terrible bit of service by Enterprise.

    The staff were friendly in the rental process, went smoothly. My only frustration was the vehicle size wasn’t what I was expecting. I was told this was due to the insurance coverage, which I understand, but it would’ve been nice to have a bit more support and exploring possible solutions. Aside from that, everyone I interacted with was kind and professional.

    I honestly have never received better customer service than I have here. Everyone in the building was so kind and caring, especially Corbin who helped me through the difficulties that I was experiencing with my rental. My day was truly made here and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a rental, thank you!
