These guys were great! Nathan was efficient, pleasant, and informative. The service was also efficient, probably less than 20 minutes. They gave me a list of needed services with time and price estimates. The price for the service was at the high end.

Honestly don’t know if I could rate them with a star as our family (of three vehicles) have not been able to get service from them on 3 attempts. We all drove there after calling prior to ensure they had our oil and filters in stock (because our usual facility did not our last trip) on President’s Day since we were off work and school). We were told they did and text coupons. Even better. Arrived with what appeared no wait. I was the first car to be pulled in, the ladies came to check me in and explained they were there covering from the Effingham store. Extremely professional!!! They noticed my husband and son’s cars were imports and were concerned they may not have the oil/filters. I explained we had called. She shared that unfortunately they were left without the regular manager or staff and were having a hard time finding much of the proper supplies that were not typical. After some attempts they were not successful at locating the oil/filters and apologized. They were unable to locate coupons. Offered to check tires. Wrote a hand note for a coupon for the next day or future service. Extremely professional, we understood and do not hold them accountable for management/ownership fallouts. This week, I was able to go get my oil changed. No apparent line. Waited 10 mins to be acknowledged. I was seen. The employee came out to my vehicle and explained his manager just went on break and he has to go on break at the same time and can I return in 20 minutes? I said sure. I went to our usual place and thankfully was able to get my oil changed. My son went to our usual place about an hour later and unfortunately they had the proper oil but not the correct filter. Out of frustration and due to our one way trips being 20 miles, he drove over to Valvoline. One vehicle in the bay, he was recognized. Waited 30+ minutes pulled in to be told, we don’t have the proper filter (either of the two filters for his car???). So a third attempt without service. Now the two woman who were manning the business who didn’t normally work there would be knowledgeable enough to see the vehicles waiting and recognize the make and model and try to determine if they should have them wait or not. I know this because I was in the bay and my husband and son were waiting and I witnessed it. But apparently the staff today, probably the normal staff who clearly can’t work independently without the “manager” and have to close down operations can’t figure that piece out OR are not trained. Even more the “manager” must not be trained as well as those woman from Effingham. So whomever owns this chain now, you have lost business from our family. Please do better and maybe have Mikayla and Tara be your corporate management/trainers!!!
