  My son went in for 4 tires and an oil change After 2 hours of waiting he was told his tires couldnt be changed because there machine wasnt big enough to do tires that they had in stock So after the 2 hour wait they still had to change the oil All in all 3 hours for an oil change They did not put an oil change sticker in the window nor did the reset the oil life on the dash ,and they still charged him 105$ Definetly will not be back

  Every person i encountered was awesome. Super nice and helpful. I’m definitely a returning customer:) wheel alignment a whole lot better

  I went in for a quick rotation. My tires only have 23,000 miles on them, and after inspecting my car for 30 minutes, I was told they didn’t rotate or balance because “the tread showed I needed new tires.” All that time, and walked away with three quotes for new tires. Drove down the road to Beaumont, and sure enough, the tires are in great shape. I’m not an easy mark, but was dumb enough to think I could get a quick rotation at Tire Barn without sales shenanigans. Lesson learned. Go local and don’t make the same mistake I did.

  Purchased new car and had tire put on here shortly after purchasing was given no paperwork for the sale of the tires was told online receipt was provided at time of purchase. During the installation of the tires observed black male heavy set open the hood of my car and started using sockets and a wrench in the engine compartment of the car I inquired to ask why the tech is using tools under the hood of my car. Female manager assured me it was to check the oil on the car and it was routine for them to use tools to check the oil. I had never seen or heard of anything like that before and I calmly said I just bought it from the dealership and it has fresh oil in it I don’t need my oil checked. (This part gets more bizarre.) So the woman went in to relay that my oil should be ok no need to continue. Well a few hours later I’m outside waiting and I can see the same tech through the garage bay window and the tech is backing up my car with the break over bar still on the lug nut I flew to the woman at the service desk warning her that her tech is backing up with a break over bar still on my car she rushed out and stopped the tech and comes back telling me everything is just fine no damage no problem 😉… nope they pulled the car out and the bar left a scuff in my brand new paint I pointed it out and she said that must’ve been done elsewhere but I’ll take your info and get back to you when I can review the shop videotape I agreed. Then as I was leaving I noticed that my custom valve caps weren’t on my car so irritated at this point I walked back in asked for my valve caps and the woman says to me “oh we put brand new ones on that you paid us for!” More irritated that I’m being nickle and dimed when I had just 3 days prior purchased a $5.00 pack of valve caps. Either way I repeated the request for my valve caps and she turns walks direct back to the techs tool cart picks up my valve caps and then brings them too me drops them in my hand and doesn’t say anything just smiles. So I’m on a road trip and I stop due to a low tire pressure reading at a reputable belle tire (drastic difference in the atmosphere and the customer service by far blew tire barn out of the water.) so the rep at the belle tire comes out and does a safety check on my car comes back and tells me my tires aren’t road worthy and that I need 4 new tires. I’m astonished 😧 I just put new tires on this car just under 6months ago it’s an 80k tire and I’ve maybe 15-20k top put on them. So I call the tire barn in Champaign IL and ask to get a copy of the service for my car that I had tires put in new in June on the 25th and I’m having trouble could I get some help? So I’m transferred another woman picks up the phone pulls up the service paper and tells me the service record doesn’t have the mileage listed because I refused service!? I then corrected her that at no point did I refuse services for my tires the reason I came in. She then argues with me stating that I refused services so they didn’t do them. So I calmly ask ok that would make sense I guess because the tires are bald and not even legally roadworthy you didn’t put them on!? Nope she clearly stated to me no you refused service so we just mounted them nothing else no mileage, no wheel weights, no balancing, no alignment check nothing just tires slapped on a rim because I told them it was full on oil I just bought the car and brought it from the dealership services. So I ask for the woman to send me a copy of the unreceived service record giving her my email. The woman on the phone then says oh I have some milage on a note here somewhere in the 50k range… Then I asked for the woman on the phones name and for the corporate phone number so I can address this with someone in charge. At this point she starts talking over me not giving her name even though asked 2 more times while talking over me and then hanging up. So we have a RAT 🐀 in our community either it’s the employees and/or Tire Barn. If I could rate you negative in stars you’d be -5. I was lied to blatantly, to cover up damages and bogus used tires.
