Showed up 20 minutes before close with an almost flat tire. Manager got my tire analyzed and needed new tire. Completed the job quickly and efficiently!

Nice people. Average service. Only one tire in stock that fit my vehicle. When you've blown out a tire, have no spare, your locked into whatever price they give.

Went here twice over the span of a month to have a tire repaired. On the first visit, the manager asks me if its "left or right". I stated that it is the front passenger side. After waiting for TWO hours for a scheduled appointment, they ended up doing the wrong tire. As I told them it was the incorrect tire, the female manager says to me, "Well, you said 'right'". I corrected her and let her know that I had stated it was the front passenger side because I have no clue which side they look at the vehicle from to choose left or right for tire placement.(stay with me here because I feel like them asking people "driver or passenger" rather than "left or right" might save a few headaches around that place) The gentleman waiting with me in the waiting room for almost two hours is called on first, hes told his vehicle is ready. They did the wrong tire on his vehicle as well! Both of us. Fast forward 3 weeks and my tire is still leaking air after a valve stem replacement. I make an appointment online for 2pm, show up at 1:50. My car doesnt even get pulled into the shop to be inspected until 5pm!!! While I was waiting, a gentleman walks in furious because they repaired the wrong tire on his vehicle!!(3rd time now) The manager, Angel,(who's daughter is playing at a desk in the lobby for the first hour were there) proceeds to argue with him by telling him that while they did fix the wrong tire, the one they did fix had a leak as well. He doesnt care, he wants what he paid for and says hes going to watch to ensure the proper tire is being checked this time. Angel then packs her daughter's things and takes her to the back with the vehicles to keep her away from the disgruntled guest. You never see Angel after this. I mentioned to the gentleman that during my visit two weeks ago, they had done the wrong tire on my vehicle, and the vehicle of the gentleman waiting with me. My comment catches the attention of a third gentleman in the waiting room who was there to have his rear tires replaced and all tires rotated. He jokingly said "maybe I should check on mine to make sure they're doing the right tires". He looks through the window into the mechanics area and realized they are replacing both his FRONT tires rather than the rear. He thanked me for the warning and was able to save everyone some time by stopping them before getting the tires removed from the rims. 2 appointments lasting a total of 6 hours for a simple tire repair. In that time, I witnessed FOUR people that had the incorrect tire/tires serviced on their vehicles, something you would think they would have mastered by now. Angel, the general manager, doing nothing but arguing with customers then hiding from conflict. While I had originally only given them 1 star, I did change my review to two stars because the assistant general manager, I believe his name started with a "C", did a great job at trying to explain to customers what was going on, was embarrassed at the amount of mistakes, and kept apologizing profusely for the wait times. Save yourselves some time and irritation and choose somewhere else for your tire needs in Champaign.

Tire barn has saved me two times this year alone. The first was when I took my car to CarX to repair a puncture, and they said they couldn't do it because it was too close to the sidewall, so I decided to take it to Tire Barn, and they fixed in like 1.5 hours. Six months later, I should have learned by now, but I took it to Costco since there was another leak but I couldn't see the nail. They said there was a puncture, but it was also too close and that they would have to replace all the tires. So I took it to Tire barn. Tire Barn found that there was no puncture, but rather there was some debris that slightly lifted the tire from the rim and I had a slow leak. They've saved me thousands of dollars, and also each time, the staff has been super nice and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Store manager Angel Bennett has appalling customer service!!! She is single handed destroying this business. I made a appointment the day before stated my issue clearly as passenger side rear tire is leaking air. Day of appointment I dropped my car off and checked in stating my passenger side rear tire is leaking air. After the repair was completed and the bill was settled I was back on the road. Less then 5miles away my tire pressure light came on in my car. Stopped and checked my tires too find that the wrong tire had been worked on. I checked my paperwork to see that the wrong tire was worked on per the paperwork done by Ms.Bennett. She failed to hear me state passenger side rear. When I returned to the store to have this corrected Ms.Bennett copped a rude attitude stating that I told her the left rear tire. This is not my first car repair to know how to state what side of the car needs repairs. After discussing the issue with Ms.Bennett she made it sound as if it was my fault she entered the wrong information into the computer. Asst Manager Canton entered the conversation with amazing customer service and offered to check out the problem sooner rather then later because Ms.Bennett was going to treat me like a walk in and a new job to charge me for. During the discussion another Custer waiting stated that the exact samething happened to her on several vehicles at this store. BEWARE OF RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE STORE MANAGER. BEWARE OF THE WRONG WORK BEING DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE AND BEWARE OF BEING CHARGED FOR THEIR MISTAKES AS MS.BENNETT WAS GOING TO DO TO ME. luckily Asst. Mgr Canton took care of the extra charges and got me back in to have the correct tire inspected. Sadly I need a new tire which I would have purchased from this location but after the rude customer service from the store manager I will take my money elsewhere.
