The technician, Brandon, was a very young guy but extremely efficient, friendly, and professional. He answered every question I had with patience, and explained everything clearly. He carefully cleaned the new glass and removed all the old adhesive with great attention to detail. The whole process was smooth and fast — the replacement was done in about an hour. He also double-checked the HUD calibration and explained the warranty and replacement policy in case I wasn’t fully satisfied. The final cost was exactly the same as the price shown online, already including labor, fees, and tax. There were no extra charges for the mobile service, and they called me beforehand to confirm the appointment time. Overall, I’m very impressed and extremely satisfied with the service. I would happily recommend Brandon and Safelite to anyone who needs glass repair or replacement.
