- DHDustin HiresDec 26, 20251.0I went for a simple oil change and now im having to take my vehicle to another shop because of what their employee did to my emergency brake. the assistant manager offered to zip tie my pedal up so the light would go off...YES A ZIP TIE TO HOLD UP MY EMERGENCY BRAKE PEDAL THAT HIS EMPLOYEE DAMAGED!!! So now not only is the light on as I'm driving down the road and I have the constant warning dinging and some features no longer work because of the brake light being on. I work construction and this is my main vehicle and now if I'm to haul my trailers I no longer have the electronic assist option. it makes no sense why he would even need to touch anything with my emergency brake if he's pulling the truck over a pit just to change the oil. They have it posted that you can either remain in your vehicle or go sit in the lobby. When I got there I was told I was not able to remain in my vehicle and that they would have to pull it in themselves.
