The manager also gave me a heads up on a potential issue within the plastic oil filter housing, noting that my oil housing had no current issues, but he did want to make me aware of some problems he had seen with other plastic housings. He even had materials to read. I felt thankful that he had let me know of a future issue and didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me at all, especially since they did not fix that part in their garage. I appreciated their professionalism and I will be returning to this Jiffy Lube in the future!
