They have had my vehicle for 3 weeks now and are not very fast about getting the work done. The only pleasant experience is dealing with Terri however when she's out of the office the other employee Kim is rude. It's gotten to the point that I am now sitting at the shop refusing to leave without my vehicle. The completion date was due last Monday today is Friday. I will be telling my insurance company to not use these people ever again.
