Always a pleasurable experience with this Enterprise. I always set reservations, it makes the process smooth and pretty fast.
Shout out to Jesus De La Cruz he was very attentive to all the customers and made sure he spoke with everyone. I appreciate him getting me in and out in less than 15 minutes!
The car was clean and had a full tank. Ready to hit the highway.

Secured a vehicle 3 weeks out from my rental date. On the day of my rental and 15 minutes before pickup. I received a call saying my rental was not ready. Also, that the vehicle I requested had not been returned yet. I was informed that I might have to wait an hour or so before I get the vehicle. Long story short. We waited for over 2 and half hours. Never received a call or an update about the vehicle we were to rent. When I called to cancel the reservation I did not even receive an apology and told them that this would be the last time I tried to use their services. They responded with, "ok, thank you"! DO NOT USE THEM!

This place never has cars available even when you book them weeks in advance. When a family has a itinerary for vacation. They should have to fall behind schedule because, Enterprise booked them for a rental by 8 am and there is no vehicle available until 3-4 hours later. This has happened multiple times to me and my family.

I had a confirmed reservation with Enterprise in Champaign and even arrived 30 minutes earlier than my scheduled time. They checked me in normally, so I assumed everything was fine. Instead, they kept me waiting for two full hours without any real update.
Finally, a representative asked me to step outside. I thought he was going to show me the car, but instead he told me the car I had been waiting for was “in an accident” and they had no replacement available. This made no sense — and what shocked me even more was discovering five other customers inside facing the exact same situation.
It was obvious what actually happened:
Enterprise had overbooked badly and came up with a story to cover it up.
This was not a small inconvenience. My entire travel plan depended on that reservation. I had a flight to catch, my spouse and two small kids were waiting with luggage, and I had absolutely no spare time to deal with a mess that Enterprise created — just to save a few hundred dollars by selling more reservations than they could fulfill.
I even called the police out of desperation, and they confirmed it was a civil matter. And when I tried calling Enterprise’s helpline, it was already closed because it was after 6 PM, so there was zero support.
The staff refused to provide any solution, any replacement vehicle, or even any meaningful assistance.
For the first time in 7+ years of renting cars across the globe, I genuinely felt helpless. And I realized something unfortunate: large corporations can play games with customers and face no consequences, while the customer is left stranded.
Thankfully, I had good friends who came and rescued us by dropping us at the airport, or we would have completely missed our international flight.
I will never recommend Enterprise to anyone.
They showed a complete lack of integrity, zero accountability, and absolutely no empathy for families depending on their service.
If you value reliability and honesty, avoid Enterprise.
