The service was really nice the day of, although I ended up waiting for nearly an hour though they said it’d be 10 min and it set me entire trip back a bit as I only had the car for the day. My problem is that it’s been over a week and I have been in contact multiple times to inquire why I have not received my deposit back yet. I have never rented a car so the prospect of a $300 deposit was kinda sprung onto me after they already had my card and the lack of it being returned to my account when I only had it for the single day has been upsetting. They’ve repeatedly told me they were looking into the problem for me to never receive any updates.
