    Absolute terrible customer service. My friends and I booked a car two weeks in advance and then they wouldn’t let us get the car without having a credit card, without telling us prior. All because “the car has 3 rows”. THEY HAVE THE WORST COMMUNICATION EVER. Do not do business with them. You’ll have better luck negotiating with roll of tin foil.

    I rented a car from a different location and needed to come here for maintenance/a swap out. Imani and Fernando went ABOVE and BEYOND with the customer service and made what could have been a stressful situation into no big deal at all. Imani especially was very friendly and kind. She even checked which car had seat warmers before assigning me a vehicle because it was so cold outside. My hero! Great team at this location! I wish it was my regular spot closest to home!

    I recently rented a vehicle with this location. The service from walking in the door to leaving the parking lot was beyond what I was expecting to have. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They care about your trip and your experience. Wait time for a clean vehicle was about 10 minutes. Once ready, he walked me out to the car looked over everything and took notes. Completed the transaction and I was on my way. We didn't have any issues with the vehicle and they followed up with me after the car was returned to my drop off location and reassured the deposit was going back to my card. I was very pleased with everyone working on that Saturday morning.

    This was my second time renting with this particular Enterprise location, and it went smoothly again. We booked online (directly through Enterprise), and the fifteen passenger van was ready when I arrived twenty-five minutes early. Mr. Fernando checked me in quickly, and then Mr. Jesus walked me through inspecting the vehicle. Both were professional and friendly. I will note I appreciated Jesus’ kindness and personable approach in conversation—customer service was top notch. I was checked in and out with the van within fifteen minutes. Drop off was a little slow, because there were fewer staff (it was a Sunday afternoon). However, I was able to drop off the keys and leave. I received a follow up call the following business day to ask about the rental experience, and I was sent a receipt via email quickly. All in all, it was a pleasant experience, and we’ll be back again!
