  Folks were friendly and efficient. A new tire and an oil change came in at $300, which was lower than I expected.

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I took my car in for a leak and they quoted $4000 to fix everything that was wrong with it. I felt weird about the situation so I took it elsewhere. Mienke is now fixing it for $500…. Plus they said that my water pump wasn’t even leaking. This place should be out of business for fraud.

  I have been going to this Car-X location since 2022 for minor services such as oil changes and battery replacements without issue. However, my most recent experience in November 2025 was extremely disappointing. I brought my car in for what was supposed to be a minor repair: fixing the hood release cable. The shop kept my vehicle for two weeks, claiming they were waiting on a part that ultimately never arrived because their vendor no longer carried it. Despite this, no alternative solution was offered in a timely manner. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed that my windshield was cracked, which was not present when I dropped the vehicle off. I reported this to the manager, who said he would make a note of it. Less than 24 hours later, my car became undrivable, the check engine light came on, and the vehicle was stuck in park. I was directed by an employee named Bobby to contact customer service because the manager was allegedly not in the office. I remained on hold with customer service for over an hour with no response. Additionally, I felt that I was overcharged and taken advantage of, and the lack of accountability throughout this situation has been extremely frustrating. At no point did the location take responsibility for the damage or the mechanical issues that occurred immediately after servicing my vehicle. I do not recommend this location. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is not worth the added stress or expense.
