- JLJay LawsDec 18, 20251.0Terrible service. Took my car in and they had it for over a month. They told me they couldn't find the part and said "what do you want me to do?". After I finally went up there he ordered the part, which is what should have been done in the first place, and when they received the part it took them over 2 days to put it in. The service was terrible and when I called corporate they advised the part would be put in as soon as it was received but it was not. The guy at the front desk was rude and the other employees just stood there and made no apologies. I was very disappointed and I still ended up paying the full deductible for such terrible service. Take your hard earned money somewhere else.

We asked them to come and take a look and were willing to pay any fees. However, they insisted that we find a towing company to tow the car to the repair shop before they would check it for us...
