Misty made sure the warranty went through & Scott worked in the bitter cold for around 15 minutes to get the battery replaced, which is particularly difficult in my vehicle. Both were exceptional! On a separate visit to purchase anti-freeze the associate Rowen was also helpful and friendly. I have never had a bad experience at this store.

And the equinox belt is no joke. He was amazing to my wife and son. He went above and beyond what is expected. We got back on the road thanks to him without having to get towed an hour home.
