  My parents went to Belle Tire last week for new tires. Alex was extremely professional and patient with them. My parents are Deaf seniors who have a hard time spending money on big purchases. Alex and Adrian took the time to explain options to them. They also reached out to me to make sure their communication was clear to them. The tire installation was completed quickly and efficiently. During the tire installation, an employee notated my parents front brakes were in bad condition. Alex provided a clear estimate for parts and labor as well as a warranty. They also gave my parents options for financing and even dropped off/picked them them up at home so they didn’t have to wait at the shop for their brakes to be done. Thank you for being kind to my parents. I really appreciate it.

  Belle Tire in Carpentersville, is phenomenal!! From the moment Oscar answered my phone call until the time I left, I knew I was at the right place. Thank you so much for your help this morning!! You guys are wonderful!!!

  This was my first visit to Belle Tire, 34 S Kennedy Dr, Carpentersville, IL 60110, although a family member highly recommended them. The manager, Adrian, got my car in right away. The technician found a simple fix, although my initial thought was that a sensor was malfunctioning. They were honest and forthright, as well as pleasant to deal with. I will be bringing my vehicle here first for any future work.
