    Charged $1500 for one way 16' truck to Raleigh, NC. It cost $75-$100 each stop to fill up with 5 stops makes another $400 for a truck with broken windshield wipers, which I drove through constant rain from Carol Stream to just entering NC. 700 miles of rain with faulty windshield wipers. The truck pulled to the right so hard it made the trip agonizingly difficult with all the twists, turns, hills, mountains, bridges, tunnels with seni trucks on either side of me the whole way. White knuckles. Almost $2000 to fight for control and visibility. I'm surprised I didn't end up in the Ohio River. Check every part of the Penske truck before you leave if you go with Penske, I wouldn't advise it, because chances are many more trucks are both profoundly overpriced and defective. F-
