  License plate reader never works have to blow the horn to get someone’s attention. They finally put in a code from inside building for a basic wash which is not what i am paying for in my membership. Then drive thru pot holes when leaving wash. Went inside to complain and they said sorry nothing we can do we were on break. Very poor customer service didn’t mind that i said i would consider canceling all three of my memberships and go somewhere else.

  Don't get their membership if your vehicle has a different plate (like a B plate for trucks) the membership NEVER reads your license plate and you sit out there FOREVER trying to get the damn thing to read your plates and there is NEVER an employee out there to freaking help you!!!! I'm done with this place. I never had this issue when I had a membership at WashU!

  Car washing is an important part to prolong life of your car. Jet brite started with $3 car wash few years back. Thanks to them, the Turtle Wax went out of business. Now I have to detail my car my self. As soon competition was out, price on the car wash went up. The vacuum stations are not being checked, twice I had to search for better vacuum. But guys are doing what they can, it's not an easy job.
