  I just got ford maverick 2026 hybrid and Scott the man helped me sort out my not so good credit and get through the paperwork and I am taking home the car with me. Nice working with hawk ford of carol stream. Great experience.

  Horrible experience. Do NOT ever let them come to you to fix your car. I told them. Dont send anything to the address on file. Its my work. I don't want anything sent here. Tell me. Why am I STILL getting stuff shipped to my work after I got a recall done on my vehicle. I've called multiple times. MADE AN IN PERSON VISIT. AND we STILL can't get this taken care of. Every time I call its we dont have this in our system. Well clearly your ads do. Cause thats what I keep getting sent. I used to come here all the time when it was Joe Cotton. We bought several cars here over the years. But changing Joe Cotton into Hawk Auto is the WORST decision they've ever made.
