Now I have to reprint some things and I know they threw out a coupon for a free car wash. Also, stuff that was in the glove department was open and things were on the ground. The guy Ken was very pushy too about giving him a five star review and I don't like that.

Called and they told me because I wrote a review they essentially wouldn't do anything but I could bring my car in. No absolutely not. If you're going to give me attitude on the phone and hang up on me you will not be touching my car. That's not a danger and threat to my safety driving my vehicle if I let you touch it again. Will be calling the main office and filing a formal complaint. Do not use them, Kendrick is highly unprofessional. I can't believe I was treated like that for their negligence! As a business owner myself I would never!
