  They have a new scam find Enterprise in almost all of their locations I found out the hard way is true. They pretend like they're taking pictures and noting every damage but they are not. I had to pay over $1,400 for a pre-existing damage with rust that they tried to say I caused you cannot get rust in less than a week. So now my company and my insurance company both warned me about how they've been doing this to customers and they recommend you take not only pictures all the way around but videos. It's a new scam of theirs be warned.

  The rental car was dirty and smelled terrible. It smelled like weed. I had to put the windows down it was that bad. Thankfully I only needed it 2 days and my car was done at the repair shop.

  This is this is the first time that I’ve ever had a problem with Enterprise and it was a new location. The customer service rep had apparently not checked the vehicle out correctly and offered me one that had not been cleaned and ready for use. When I returned the vehicle, the rep I talked to compensated me and the customer service I received from him was excellent.

  From start to finish, this was a really great experience. The reservation process was easy, and when I arrived at the location, everything was smooth and efficient. The gentleman who helped me was kind and welcoming, made eye contact, and took care of everything quickly. I came in after a rough morning, and his professionalism and warmth genuinely turned my day around. The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Overall, it was an easy and positive experience, and a great reminder that simple kindness goes a long way. I will definitely be back to rent from this location again.
