I’ve filed a claim, it was declined and they’re trying to say these markings were “pre-existing.” I tried to respond back and just got a response that after a claim is closed, they can’t open it back up and that I have to contact my insurance company. Now this is costing ME HUNDREDS of dollars to have the hood an whole top of his car repainted. I will have my lawyer contact this company. BS.. Stay away from all Jet Brite car washes!!!!!!
