From start to finish, this was a really great experience. The reservation process was easy, and when I arrived at the location, everything was smooth and efficient.
The gentleman who helped me was kind and welcoming, made eye contact, and took care of everything quickly. I came in after a rough morning, and his professionalism and warmth genuinely turned my day around.
The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed.
Overall, it was an easy and positive experience, and a great reminder that simple kindness goes a long way. I will definitely be back to rent from this location again.

The enterprise location in Carol Stream is a wonderful place to rent a car from. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It is very easy to pick up and drop off at this location. I would highly recommend it.
I usually never go through enterprise, but I was in a car accident (rear ended) and going through the other person‘s insurance.
I had to go through enterprise when I usually use hertz
when I got the car, it was not clean (as in there was salt all over it, making very hard to see out of.
I can tell they don’t clean the vehicles because the person that attach their phone to the windshield you could see the markings
It’s not my responsibility to pay for a car wash on a rental and the car only had a quarter of a tank of gas upon pick up
I was told to return it with the “same amount of gas” and of course, not knowing how long it would be until my car was ready (which kept getting extended over and over), I returned it with more gas than actually it had in it at the time of taking the rental
I also had to pay a deposit of $50 to which they claim because I only paid a deposit, I don’t get the gas refund back.
of course they told me they would reimburse me that difference today when I returned the vehicle…because if I didn’t fill it, you can bet they sure would’ve charged me
then when I call them and inquire why they did not do that. They said to me and I quote “because you went through the other parties insurance AND only paid a $50 deposit we will not reimburse you for the gas”.
First of all, it’s not my fault that I was hit I shouldn’t have had to pay anything out-of-pocket. It’s not my fault that my life was disrupted by somebody who couldn’t drive.
isn’t that some kind of crock?!?
To which they tell me well, if you need another car, we’ll be happy to put a full tank of gas in it
now why would I need another car? Mine just got fixed and it’s brand new
I’ve never really liked enterprise and this just confirms it
On the plus side, the car drove well and was gas Efficient
I actually liked the vehicle
I had one of that exact model previously so I was happy with the car
just not happy of being told conflicting stories
and regardless of who is paying what I should’ve been reimbursed for the gas just as though I would’ve been charged if I didn’t replace it.
