I had a tire that needed a plug and patch, and the team was able to get it taken care of at 7:00 PM in less than 30 minutes. And they did it for free! I’ll definitely be returning for all my future tire needs.
- CTCL ThomasAug 28, 20251.0I barely leave reviews, but I must share my horrible experience with Belle Tire. On 8/4/2025, I purchased 4 new tires from the Carol Stream location. I only had the tires for 23 days and began hearing a thumping sound. On 8/27/2025, I went back and the assistant store manager assisted me. I asked him if there would be a charge for the service and he looked me in the eye and said, “No.” About an hour or so later, the assistant store manager calls me with an update. He advised that one of the tires had a manufacturer defect (flat spot on tire), but since I didn’t purchase Belle Tire’s protection plan “which covers manufacturer defects,” I would have to either purchase a 5th tire, file a warranty claim with the manufacturer (with no guarantee of it being honored, per the store manager), or “continue driving on the defective tire until the flat spot wears down.” Instead of the MANAGERS doing RIGHT by their customers and REPLACING the DEFECTIVE tire THEY SOLD ME, I ended up buying the 5th tire for my safety and peace of mind when I saw they were not going to help me. They gave no regard, no empathy, nor apology for my inconvenience, which shows they do not care about their customers! They made it seem as if it was all my fault for not purchasing THEIR protection plan. As a tire company, you all need to FULLY inspect the tires you sell and make sure they are safe for your consumers before installing them! It’s COMPLETELY unfair that I had to buy a 5th tire when you all CLEARLY stated AND documented that the tire YOU, Belle Tire, sold me was defective, REGARDLESS of me not buying your protective plan! After my experience, I will never use Belle Tire again, and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau before end of business today!
