They were out of the battery I wanted for my car, so they helped me go online to order from another store applying all the discounts I was eligible for. After picking the battery they installed it form me since the other store didn't provide installation services. Justin was very professional and helpful. When Justin realized their system was not updated to accept the core return right then, he offered to process the credit later himself so that I didn't have to wait around in the store. It turned out he didn't get to it for some days and I had to remind him. But with all the great services I got, I didn't mind this little mishap at all.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
