About 40 minutes before my pick up time the office calls me to tell me they do not rent trucks from this location. 40 freaking minutes when they had a week to let me know. I had to reschedule plans across several families and several states at the last minute because of their inability to comprehend basic details in an agreement. Totally incompetent. Would never recommend this location to anyone.

She offered an elderly man a ride home so he didn't have to walk in the heat (it was well over 90°), she managed multiple customers at one time, and never lost her smile. I would go back JUST because she is amazing. I'd also buy my rental off of them if I could, we absolutely love it! Update time y'all!!!! I miss this car!!!! The people there were so kind. We want this back and offered to buy it and so they gave us information on how to. Forever going here if possible.
