- TATianna AllenDec 4, 20251.0TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH! 1st, quoted me the wrong milage for the tires I selected by saying they were 65k mile tires but they were actually 60k mile. After they were already installed they said that the call center must’ve misspoke because they don’t know much about the tires. 2nd, they rushed and installed my tires and did not properly balance them, so I instantly began to feel extreme shaking when my car reached 60mph or more. When I went back and asked that they fix it, the man at the front (Jim) rudely said “well it’s probably something wrong with your front end” to which I let him know that I had just gotten all necessary front end work and a wheel alignment done at PepBoys. PLUS my car was not shaking before they put the tires on! He told me to come back the next day. I got there the next day and he acted like he didn’t remember me, told me no one was available that day and to come back AGAIN the next day. I came back and after having to threaten to report them, Ben the manager made sure they took a look at it… after a few hours sitting there, they finally fixed their shotty work and my car drove smoothly again. 3rd, a couple days after this visit, I realize they had mistakenly kept my wheel lock key… which is custom to my car. I came back and let them know and asked if they could check their “stash” of keys and retrieve mine. JIM again RUDELY responds “well who’s to say it was lost here?!” YALL WERE THE ONLY ONES WHO TOUCHED MY CAR!!!! I take a look at the keys and IMMEDIATELY recognized mine. They made sure it fit and I left. AND I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK! The WORST tire purchasing experience I’ve ever had! Disgusting!
