Jim assisted me, and he was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Since I had to wait awhile, I sat in the lobby at their high table to get some work done, and I couldn’t help but notice the excellent service Tammy provided to every customer—both over the phone and in person. She truly exemplifies what great customer service should be. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

I should have gone back there, but I wasn't near, the other tire shop charged me $25.00 to fixed the problem. I will still go back to Marvis even though it's a bit pricey.

The only problem I had was it cost more than the price I was quoted. I purchased a full set of tires and was quoted one price but once I got there and the service was done it was $60 more.....luckily I did have the extra money. So they (the staff )should let the consumer now it might be extra.
