I walked in and greeted Renee, who was behind the counter, but I was immediately made to feel like an intruder for simply being there. Renee was engaged in a conversation with another executive and made it very clear that my presence was an inconvenience. She had a major attitude problem and acted as though I was "disturbing" them by trying to be a customer. What makes this even more frustrating is that I hold a commercial account with this company. As a professional, I expect a basic level of courtesy and efficiency, neither of which were present today. I will not be coming back to this location, and I certainly will never work with Renee again. They just lost a loyal commercial client due to poor training and even worse manners.
