He made suggestions on some filters I could use in my vehicle but he never made me feel guilty for not getting it this oil change. He simply said we are here if you need us. I believe he is the manager. The last time I was there it was a different manager and he was very pushy with his sales tactics. I do not respond well to "pushy." Thanks Kristain for being so awesome!

Seems like the quality of the shop has gone down since the man that use to run it isn't there anymore, now it's just teenagers unsupervised. My boyfriend took his car in about of month ago did a oil change, they showed him the dip stick that they put oil in, but the next day as he was driving car started shaking and red engine light comes on, he checks and he has no motor oil at all. Wednesday I take my car to the same location, and do a high milage oil change, Friday I am driving and car starts smoking and oil from the bottom of my car just pours out, had a mobile mechanic come and he says the the oil cabin was very loose. The employees there need to pay attention to what they are doing and stop conversating amongst each other while attending to the customers.
