I recently got into an accident in my 2025 Kia Sportage and I cannot say enough great things about Gerber Collision & Glass. They communicated clearly, kept me updated on progress, and answered all of my questions with patience and honesty.

Don't know what happened to my review but here it goes AGAIN. I took my car there gor repair for it was hit while parked in assigned spot where I live. Though they did a good job on ghe repair it was shat I found later after I picked it up that is why the 1 star.
When I dropped it off and when I picked it up there was NEVER a walk around the car with David. I got home found two chips on my car. I cld David he said he would take care of it. Then I brushed off the lghtsnow off my roof above the driver side passenger door and the paint was removed. I was so upset. I cld David and left a msg.
Now when I dropped the car off I asked David if we could step outside because I wanted to know the cost to replace my headlights and possibly fix a dent in my lower bumper.
He never sent me pictures of the whole car before, during the repair or after.
Never even cld to ask if I knew about any other damage to my car. I take goo care of it mechanically and physically. If I knew anything about the roof paint I would of asked about that as well. I called the corp number left a msg. Again NEVER OFFERED TO SHOW ME PICS WHEN I CLD WHEN I WAS SO UPSET. He waited until after the fact when I also contacted the a Ins Co. to complain how they do business without letting a customer know information regarding the process of how they are working on the car.
Insurance sent me there with appointment, to drop car for repairs, person in charge showed up late, after I said good morning the person by the name Edgar gave a. Attitude, seems he was mad, maybe didn't get enough candy, I went on Nov 1st, won't recommend it

Zero star review. Gerber quoted $411.75 for a small triangle passenger window replacement on a Nissan rogue. ARCHER AUTO GLASS 3956 S ARCHER DID IT FOR $75 FLAT.
