The itemized repair sheet is fake double check with a dealership or another mechanic who actually speacializes in specific cars to make sure all repairs are done correctly. If he gives you his word on a one year warranty don’t believe it. He will make unauthorized repairs on your car and will give you the excuse that he made an effort to reach you. He will also steal parts off your car for another car that he’s working on and will make you pay for the replacement. Joe lacks people skills and has a hard time interacting with others. He also feels the need to voice out his unopinionated frustration and unnecessary problems that don’t have nothing to do with the car itself. I forgot mention this shop isn’t BBB accredited but, has been open for over 15 years.... that should honestly say a lot right there lol go to a licensed accredited mechanic or a dealership atleast you know real work will be done and there’s not a problem about checking their work in front of them. Majority of the good ratings are really just him pressuring his customers to give him a good review immediately after receiving their car back. Your best bet is to wait a couple weeks before giving him a review on his work.
