I brought my car in after an auto collision and was told it would be ready by the 7th — to my surprise, it was finished and ready to go by the 1st! They were professional, communicative, and delivered ahead of schedule, which is rare in auto repair. My car looks great, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I know this location hasn’t always gotten the best reviews, but I truly had a five-star experience and wanted to give credit where it’s due. Thanks again to the whole Buffalo Grove team — you made a frustrating situation a whole lot easier. Follow up to this review I originally gave 5 stars because my first experience was great. Unfortunately, during the past month I’ve run into ongoing issues trying to get my car fixed, and it hasn’t gone as smoothly as I expected. I’m still hopeful the team can resolve things, and I appreciate the staff who have tried to help, but I wanted to share my honest experience so far. I’ll update my review if things improve.

No problem i would do that if they mentioned when I was making appointment. Not fear I was waiting my appointment for week and then they call and told me if I don't have clam I have to pay.
