  Horrible experience from start to finish. Let’s begin with their website. The tires I got qualified for a Belle promotion and a rebate from Michelin. Applied the discount code and the rebate was deducted from the total at check out. Paid with credit card and it charged me the amount as if neither discounts were applied so I called. The rebate is not instant and comes as a gift card. Deceitful when they deduct and then don’t deduct this amount from the total. . The other promotion they applied after the fact, no problem. Get the tires on and ready for checkout and two guys spent literally 20 min trying to credit my charge card for the discount that wasn’t originally applied. Finally Pull my car up and as I approached I see this big plastic brace or clamp sitting in the passenger seat. Not exactly sure what it was but it belonged to them! This place is sloppy! 4 days later I see that my tire is flat so bring it in so they can check it out. I watched them bring my car up and down three times and using a hammer pounding on my lug nuts….nuts on all my tires not just the flat one? They tell me a tube like object was in my tire? I’m not sure how they would know this since they hadn’t even taken the tire off yet, but perhaps he meant to say that a tube like object punctured my tire? Ok very bad luck for a 4 day old tire but I can’t blame them for that. Then they tell me my lug lock key broke! They likely over torqued it when they put on the tires originally and broke the lock when they tried to take off the flat. I told them they over torqued the nuts and the guy actually told me they hand tightened them!? Yeah by a gorilla! For safety reasons lug nuts are supposed to be torqued on but I’d imagine they were too lazy to use a torque wrench? So they pounded all my lug nut locks off without my consent and replaced them with regular lugs because they know they over torqued all my locks? I would avoid this place, it’s very sloppy. To further illustrate this, as I pulled away I checked my tire pressure and not a single tire was the same (photo) the 34 was the one that got patched so I really hope it’s just because they don’t know how to put air in a tire?

  One of my tires were leaking and they provided quality service with efficiency and kindness! Highly recommend if you need a tire repair that is also super affordable.

  This was my first time posting a Google review, and I’m doing it because I genuinely want to recommend Belle Tire Buffalo Grove to anyone who needs car service. I got a flat tire the day before New Year’s Eve. The AAA technician who installed my spare tire suggested I go to this newly opened Belle Tire, saying they were excellent. I brought my Acura RDX in early the next morning, and he was absolutely right — they are GREAT. The shop is new, clean, and well organized. Robert, the salesperson who helped me, was friendly, professional, and reassuring. He inspected the flat tire carefully and told me they would take care of everything. I left my number and headed to work. Just before noon, I received a call letting me know my car was ready. They repaired the tire and reinstalled the spare back under the car. Everything looked perfect. And to my surprise, the price was unbelievably low — far less than I ever expected. Great service, super competitive pricing, and an overall outstanding experience. There’s no better place for your car service. Highly recommend Belle Tire Buffalo Grove.

  Honestly, this is the best service I’ve ever received. I previously went to Discount Tire, but this is my new go-to place moving forward. Steven’s can-do attitude stood out—he took great care of me from start to finish. Exceptional service from and outstanding customer interaction from the entire staff. They’ll be getting all of my business from here on out!

  Bought new tires and one of them popped immediately after but they refused to cover the cost of the replacement. They said it was due to the tpms valve breaking off which is not part of the tire, but nonetheless this happened right after they handled it during the installation, so it’s hard to believe it was a coincidence. Other shops replace old valves while changing tires and certainly take responsibility for something that breaks right after they handle it.
