- AKAlex KDec 31, 20251.0Called in for a part number had my dad call the guy and he said “hey bud” and whoever was on the phone around 1:20 pm responded in a rude manner saying “ok bud” and repeated calling him bud 5 more times in a rude manner as if he was offended by the common word “bud” he didn’t know your name because I went up to him after I called. So definitely won’t be coming here so he can try to tell me “we don’t got it “ by the time I get there needs a reality check and needs to be trained on customer service

I called again , I explained the issue I was put on hold for 12 minutes. Called back I was told I had to go the store. I asked for the guy's name he said you don't need my name. Lol Time to get my CC involved. Plenty of better choices outhere.

Have spent 1000’s at this store but won’t be anymore. Autozones have gone downhill. I know the policy but what happened to customer service.
